I see others with this issue, but no solutions. Go to Connect IQ trailforks app, select route and here starts all the crazy! Start/stop button is hijacked and does nothing. From now on you can ride the route, but good luck doing anything else. Can't stop and save, can't turn the unit off and can't drop out of the route to manually use the map to navigate. I did find if I hold the power button for about 20 seconds I can end the session. That's not cool. The idea is to use trailforks app to navigate new areas. But like this I never want to use it lol.
