Courses Question

I have never wanted to use the Courses feature of my 530 until now.

I am going to visit a new trail area and thought it would be a good idea to map out a ride to make learn the trails.

I created a new course on my iPhone in the Connect app. I saved it and it now shows up on the web version of Garmin Connect so I know I did that part correctly.

The problem is that when I go to my 530, the new course does not show up in Courses (Menu>Navigation>Courses). I do see a bunch of Segments that I created in there though which I don't know why they are there.

I have synced the phone to the Connect App on the phone.

What am I doing wrong?

Open the Course in the GC Phone App. Then in the top RH corner, click on the 3 dots and then select Send to Device, then sync.

I had already done that. But I did it again. Still nothing showing up after the sync.

Update:

after leaving it alone overnight it appeared on the 530.

Do you have another course in your account that you could send to your Edge with Garmin Connect Mobile as a test? There can be delays sometimes in a sync, but overnight is an extreme that I wouldn't expect to be honest.
