I'm currently in a location with no cell service, no WiFi, and a very slow Ethernet connection (50-90kB/s). I have tried to update the software on my Edge 530, but it either times out, or just stops and then gives me a message to install software again. I can leave my laptop connected to the Ethernet connection for several days if need be.
How do I download the latest software updates to my laptop, and then install them onto my 530 via the USB cable with no active network connection? Or is this not possible.
