Hi folks,
I'm currently following the Century 2021 training program which suits me well, I really think i'm improving.
I have a small question though. Next friday, a training session is scheduled in which i have the choice between zone 3 or zone 5 intervals. When I look at it in more detail, it says: "60 minute workout - quick warming up - cycle 2 minutes in zone 5 (repeat 2 times) OR cycle 10 minutes in zone 4 (repeat 2 times)."
The data sent to my edge 530 is just 1 hour cycling without a heart rate zone precision.
What do I need to do? Even if I ride 3 x 10 minutes in zone 4 I only get a workout of 30 minutes. I don't really understand what to do here.
Can someone please help?
