Connect IQ apps uninstall on updates.

Many times when I update the Edge 530 the Connect IQ apps are gone. The only one I use is RWGPS. Then I have to reinstall and verify the install. Very annoying.

That is odd, I have never experiences this. I always update to new FW as they become available.

So do I and its happens with the map updates from the Garmin Express such options.

I am a little confused and hope you can help clarify.

What update did you install specifically that deleted your CIQ apps, and how did you download this? (Garmin Express, GCM, WiFi, etc)

Just did it again with Gamin Express, updating the Trail Forks 2018-20 (I think this is bogus) and when I go to connect iq both RWGPS & Komoot were gone. I just reinstalled them again.

I think these “updates” are not real or current, also how can I get rid of the Cycling Europe update? I have zero use for this and its annoying.
