Cannot upload file saying invalid when go to summary

I’ve tried uploading file through bluetooth and through computer lead to garmin express but file says it’s corrupt when upload fit file. Can anyone help as just done a 45 mile ride. As soon as I finished ride and after saving ride the edge 530 said a software update is due so I said yes.

How do attach a file which is saved on my desktop and has been zipped. when i click on insert its asking me for a url??

Its been manually uploaded into strava but missing the remaining 40 miles of the ride after i pressed stop and started new course to navigate to start of ride and pressed start again. the garmin edge 530 is showing total distance of 41.7m on the activities but when you press summary it shows an invalid time of 1193:02:47

This is the corrupted ride below which was uploaded using corrupted existing fit file:

45m ride but corrupt garmin invalid fit file:) | Ride | Strava

This is the ride it should have imported but did this manually into strava so no segments or elevation or speed etc:

Ride to Epping/Stansted Abbotts | Ride | Strava

Try different browser - firefox, chrome, edge, etc.

Or use a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

If still issues, drop me a PM and I'll share my email address with you.

Ive tried on chrome and edge and neither work lol - your support is a complete joke!!!

2 other ways to do this:

Send me a private message, so I can give you my email address. Then you can just send me your fit file via email attachment.
