I went on my first ride of the year yesterday and encountered an issue. I make a route on Komoot and then use the connect IQ to start the route.
When starting a route, something was not going well (had to press buttons multiple times etc) but I gave not much attention to it.
After 5minutes I noticed the route was not showing on my screen - so I was just "free riding". I wanted to stop the route and restart; but both the Stop as pauze/start buttons did not do anything. When I pressed them, they made a blip sounds - that's it.
I had to let the battery run out since I could not stop the route in any way, and I could not turn off the device because Connect IQ was still running.
I restarted today after restoring battery - same issue. Now I do see the route on screen, but the Stop and pauze/start button still don't do anything.
By the way - I updated the GPS yesterday before the ride...
Any tips?
