Power meter and recording mode

No, it is a feature. If You are using power meter with any Garmin units the recording rate will be "every sec" even if You set it to "smart". If it is not connected, it will be "smart" recording rate obviously. Otherwise the "smart" is a totally unnecessary setting, it was ok in year 2013 when the head units had 8-16mbyte storage and with this setting the file size was smaller but now these have "unlimited" space so the "every sec" should be default (and not the "smart").

Ok, that makes sense, even if I find it unnecessary all this precision in my .fit files.

I'm riding Levo SL and was wondering about the power meter.

Do you think it is working well?

I understand we cannot calibrate it - right?

I'm riding a 2019 Levo Comp and power meter seems to be pretty reliable in readings.

I cannot neither calibrate mine, I think it depends because it's a ebike power meter and not a regular one.

these ebike's power meters are not accurate, usually measure the power above the reality...

one of my friend did a test a few days ago (but i told him in advance that it will overmeasure the power)., on the left is the Levo, on the right a Vector (before this test he compared his Vector to his Stages and were within 6w), 26w difference is a "little" high... 

of course it wasnt a in-depth test, not by me (as power meter expert) and i didnt get the detailed power charts from him (yet). An electrical powermeter could be accurate too (like in the Tacx/Garmin Neo indoor trainer series) but in these e-mtbs the accuracy level is not primary so the calculation is not pinpoint

So he put a vector power meter on his Levo?
