Differences between Flush and Universal Out Front Mounts?

Does anyone know the difference between the Flush Out Front Mount that comes with the Edge 530 and the Universal Out Front Mount that comes with the Varia UT800?

Is the Flush version compatible with the UT800? Is the Universal version compatible with the Charge Power Pack?
