Like a fewer people here, the Training Load in Garmin Connect for my Edge 530 "isn't working". I have written to garmin UK to try to get an explanation.
My issues are shown below, the top image is from my Foreunner 945 report, the bottom image from my Edge 530.
All of the activities that you can see were recorded on the Edge 530, the 945 shows a very different set of data to the Edge 530.
The response from Garmin UK states
"I believe your Forerunner 945 is set as the preferred activity tracker in this case, and that's why it has all the information, as if you wore both devices for the activity, the preferred tracker is the system that all the activity data will show on, to stop duplication of information. From this I can only assume that the activities that the edge has by itself, was when it you took it out by itself."
The first line led me to believe that Garmin knew what they were talking about, but then they ruined it, as all of the activities were recorded exclusively on the Edge 530, none on the 945.
I had stated that all of the activities were recorded on the 530, but they didn't read that bit.
Any ideas?
