Calibrating Assioma Power Meter

Hi,

I have an Assioma power meter connetec to Edge 530 through Ant+ and configured to ask me to calibrate the power meter everitime computer is turnned on, however on every calibaration I only get Error 0 (zero) or Error 99 and I did already about 10 calibaration. Anyone know what these error means and what am I doing wrong?

Do you have the crank arms in the vertical position when performing the calibration?

Assuming the pedals are up to date Firmware Assioma 4.25 – 13 December 2019

I would try their phone app and see if that gives an error. Otherwise you need to contact them and see what error code 99 means

"Error" 0 is a correct calibration to my understanding. I echo the comments about trying the phone app to see if that works. Otherwise, some questions:

If you just ride, does the power from the pedals show on your Garmin?

Have you gone through the Assioma setup (Favero Assioma Set-up Instructions - Power Meter City)?

Did you get this resolved? I am currently getting the same exact error codes…both 0 and 99. How do I fix this issue?

Just stop happening, I suspect it was or the pedals were not on the vertical position, or they weren't totally stopped when I start the calibration process. The truth is I haven't got this error anymore.

No longer need calibration since latest firmware

ThePhoenix1974 it is not 100% true, You must do at least 1 manual zero offset calibration after installation, it is not calibration-free... Of course, if You could do it at least once via app or head unit, then it is not needed any more (until the next pedal dismount/mount)

I was having the same issue with my new Assioma Duo Shi and what fixed it was making sure I don't have them charging. As soon as I removed the chargers they both calibrated immediately on the app.
