My device has a totally black screen. It appears to be functioning as it still beeps when I press buttons but the screen is just black. This happened overnight with no apparent cause. One minute it was working next it wasn't.

Edge 530 got a totally black screen. Otherwise appears to be working fine. Seems as though lots of others have had the same issue. Wish I had never bought this device.

I had this and fixed it with holding down the power button for about 30 seconds and it was fine after. Otherwise do a hard rest with buttons. Forgot combo but easy to find on the internet.
