I have just started one of the Garmin training plans using my Garmin Edge 530 (2021 Gran Fondo). This generates daily
workouts based on durations in Power Zones. The plan simply states, for example, 2 hours in Zone 2. The Edge automatically
generates Power Zones based on your FTP, but there are two configuration options for Power Zones; ‘7 Zones’ and ‘9 Coggan iLevels’,
each giving different wattages for the same nominal zones. Does anyone know upon which configuration the training plans are based?
