Firmware 7 Changelog; Here vs Express

Does anyone know why recent change logs on Garmin Express are so long vs what appears here on the forums.

I noticed this for the first time with a recent Vivoactive 4 firmware, which felt like it took forever to read... until V7 came out.

I've included a link to the image, its extensive, yet the change log posted here on the forum is just a fraction of it.

Express note seems to be including a version history of previous releases too, some mistake when creating the release note
