Spontaneous crash during ride

This weekend my 530 spontaneously rebooted while riding. I was navigating a course, and while riding on a straight road the device rebooted. What information do you need to trace this bug and resolve it?

My edge 1030 shut down today while riding on a course. I don’t see where Garmin has responded to this ?!
