Polar H10 with Edge 530

If i use a Polar H10 with my Edge 530, will I have to use the Polar app too or the Garmin app is enough for both?

You don't need any phone app to use H10 with Edge 530. You'll pair H10 with Edge on the device itself, and that's it.
