Edge 530 failure to record data

On workout intervals the Normalized power does not get recorded per interval. The average normalized power of the total workout appears on all the intervals.
However, the average power appears correctly.
This problem did not appear on the older Garmin Edge 810.
Have had numerous contacts with Garmin support in the last 6 months, but problem still exist.
Has anyone experienced this situation?

I'm see NP values for each lap

Interval tab.

I can also see NP values, but they are all the same value 165W whereas the average power differs per interval.

I cannot see the numbers in the image you have sent.

I was able to reproduce what you are seeing and have raised a ticket with Garmin.

something happened at GC side yesterday (or on monday, just i didnt train on MON...) because my cycling VO2 Max not updated and the actual value is not there (it raised 1 point and till las sunday it always reported to GC if it went down or up ) and the daily training status was not shown in GC mobile app neither
