Moto G7 with Android 10 - Pairing fails

Found the links to 4.22 and got that to install once.

Went for a ride and all seemed well. Phone updated the activity!

2 days later I went for another ride and things seemed good until that evening as I went to try to sync them up.

Looks like Garmin connect updated itself to 4.35. Uninstalled and deleted the 530 from the bluetooth devices on the phone,

Installed 4.22 and works again. Huh. Guess I need to disable auto update on the android.

Damn!

I went back to the 4.22 version and then upgraded again. Surprisingly it works so I think the issue is resolved.

Yes, it is really a shame that Garmin cannot fix the Moto G7 with Android 10 BT defect for so long now...

It seems that the latest Garmin Connect Mobile (GCM) Android app update to version 4.36.3 (build 5640) fixed the BT connections issues between my Garmin Edge 530 (FW 6.20) and my Motorola G7 Power (Android 10, QPOS30.52-29-5). Any other experiences?

Sadly. The new version did not solve the issue with my moto g7. I let the app update itself. Were there any other steps I missed. Did you remove the edge and start the search for it in Connect?

Try clean cache and force stop the GCM app and BT system app in settings.
