New Edge 530 Version 6.20 Now Available

Firmware version 6.20 for the Edge 530 is now available. This update can be downloaded through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile.

This is live as of 9/16/2020

Changes made from 6.00 to 6.20:

  • Fixed issue with ascent accumulation.

If you are installing the attached file, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Plug your Edge device into USB.
  2. Download and unzip the update file
  3. Place the GUPDATE.gcd file in the \Garmin folder of your device's internal storage drive.
  4. Eject device from USB and wait for the update to finish.
