MY Garmin Edge 530 IS NOT UPLOADING TO GARMIN CONNECT AND STRAVA. PLEASE HELP.

I am so frustrated. I can't get them to sync. Please help.

Bt, wifi? What phone you have?? Anyway delete phone from bt, delete in gc, then repair and it should work.

The ride is saved in my Garmin device but it is not uploading to Garmin connect and hence it is not uploading to Strava. Please help.

Install Garmin Express onto computer and set it up. Plug Garmin into computer. Run Garmin Express. Ride will upload to Connect (and Strava if linked).

Plug Garmin into a computer. Go to Strava website. Log in and select manual upload option. Navigate to \Garmin\Activities folder and select the file of the activity in question. Do same For Garmin Connect website.

but I need it to connect automatically without having to plug it in every time I finish a ride. Any ideas how to fix this problem?
