I also noticed this. Still have the signal strength icon, but I liked the accuracy number
The accuracy number gave You false data, it had 2 option: #1: --- no signal/no lock , #2: 3m even with bad reception in house, so it was a totally useless info (the last device where it worked good was the Edge 1000...), the green gps lines in the upper left corner gives You the same "info".
Interesting, I never realized. I used an Edge 510 before and had this datafield on a screen and it seemed useful. So I put it on a screen on my 530 assuming that it performed the same.
yes, the 510 (because that was even older than the 1000) is still good. The 820 (i suppose the 520/520+ also) is already showing the same --- and 3m useless values...
