Issue with Training Status and Load Focus

Don't know why, but I ended up with "Training Status" = "Not Available" and all three "Load Focus" metrics set to zero. I've been using the device regularly for the last year with al least three activities per week. Heat Acclimation dropped from something like 95% to 15%.
Also cannot see the Training Focus on the Garmin Connect Web and Android App.
Something that might be related. About a month ago I bought (and since then I've been using) a garmin instict solar (I know, I shouldn't have).

Any help on this? Please.

Same for me unfortunately, haven't checked status for a while. It shows no data available. Same for 6.00 and 6.20

I would post a support ticket with Garmin. They will not react here in the forum

I had this problem recently, try checking your max heart rate in your heart rate zones.

Mine had changed to 203 max due to a spike ( well i'm hoping it was and nothing i should be off to the doctors about ).

Cyling in zone 2/3 and getting into zone 4 was an effort.

It wasnt therefore showing any effort on rides, even though the sweating said differently.

Changed it down to the average max heart rate over the last few months.

Its now showing up correctly again.

I'm now just going to manually change max heart rate instead of it doing it automatically.

I think Garmin need to look at the algarithem that updates and changes the max heart rate to allow for erroneours spikes.

Worked for me, hopefully it will help some of you to sort yours out.

This is very interesting. Can somebody else confirm it?

I ended up downgrading to 5.50 and I don't want to go through the hassle of doing it again.

I don't know if anything has changed on Garmin side but i got my metrics back.

Purcased smart trainer and after first rides with power from trainer I got cycling VO2 Max and training status. Now also Load Focus in functioning. Nothing about Load Focus in Garming Connect though.
