Today I paused my ride at traffic lights but forgot to restart until 15km later. Is there any way to recover this data?

Annoyingly I paused the ride today at some traffic lights and didn't realise until some time later that I hadn't restarted. Because the device was still navigating me I overlooked this. Is there any way I can recover the data? Thank you
