Copy firstbeat settings to replacement 530

I am about to return my 530 for a replacement. How can I save and copy all the firstbeat settings across. I have physio trueup enabled but I don’t think that will do the job properly

thank you. I had seen that.

However, I do not think it copies across the Firstbeat settings.? Maybe I am wrong.

specifically, I am looking at LOAD FOCUS, TRAINING STATUS

Well that is the only way to backup the data on the unit itself as far as I know so it is the best you can do. If the Firstbeat data didn't come back as you wanted you would just have to wait a few weeks until it all regenerated.

Is physio true up enabled for this unit? That should download prior training load info to the unit.

yes physio trueup is enabled (op). i'm reasonably sure it won't download TL Focus , although you would have thought it would downloa\d.

But training status is in the app so it must download and I would assume it would sync to new unit as well
