Garmin 530 and Strava Live Segments

Hi. I’ve just purchased a Garmin 530 and am having trouble with Strava Live segments -

(1) I can’t seem to see the option of Popular Segments on/off on the My Segment page on Strava website.

(2) Not all of the starred segments are loading on my device. I have started 22 (well under the 100 limit) but only 19 or 20 seem to show

So I have discovered that the segments that were missing were the ones that are deemed downhill by Strava - those wont upload on Garmin since I cant set a goal for these. That’s a shame, but at least i know why these aren’t loading.

As for (1), I still cant see the Popular Segments toggle on My Segments page. Could this have something to do with the country I am in (Pakistan), i.e. perhaps this feature isn’t available here??
