Edge 530 keeps rebooting

Product Name: Edge 530 ASIA

System Version: 5.20

Been using for 11 months smoothly, and recently reboot by itself after few minutes upon switch-on, occurs quite a few times. And also during ride when i starts the activity, it reboot by itself. Brought back to service centre and have it changed to a new set but still have the same problem. Was told they will test other units to make sure it won't have this problem before asking me for another exchange.

While waiting for their reply, would like to find out from user here, have any encounter and have it solve? If so, kindly guide me how to go about it.

Same problem, loses bluetooth and then reboot

Found the problem, is from my andriod phone that cause it. Most likely is due to the firmware. What i did is reinstall my Android firmware and no more problem thereafter.

Mine has rebooted in what I think is a ClimbPro issue. There was one specific spot, where I was doing loops, that it would drop at the combination of a top of a climb and a turn.
