No beep alert on next step of workout

If have upgraded to ver 5.50 and now the beep alerts and info text for the next workout step have disappeared.

With the previous version 5.10 beeps sounded last 5 seconds and text of next was shown before next workout step.

I using workouts download from TrainingPeaks via Garmin Connect.

On my last tour I got alerts. I don't know why I didn't alerts before.

Same thing here. Also - there are no longer any audible beeps for navigation (it used to beep before and at a turn).

With all these issues on Garmin, I'm considering getting a Wahoo. Maybe support will be more responsive ...

I have upgraded to 6.0 and I get beeps with workouts steps.
Strange that it works for some and not others?

As wrote before, with ver 5.5, on my first tour, I didn't get beeps.
But on the second tour and afterwards, I got beeps every time.
