Still on Trailforks 2018.20 / Cycle Map of Europe 2020.10

Hi, 

my Edge 530 is running 5.50 and I do have a TrailForks account and used/authorized the Trailforks CIQ App. However, I am still on Trailforks map version 2018.20 - seems to be a bit old. 

Furthermore I noticed that my regular routable map is still on 2020.10 - is that the current version or should it be 2020.20? 

Is there anything I can do to force an update of my maps data? Checking in Garmin Express 7.0.0 for OS X leads to a "You're up to date!" message.
