Hi Guys,
I am really hoping someone can please help me with this. This is my first ever post on here, so will try and provide as much information as possible, but please correct me and let me know if I need to upload anything else.
I create routes regularly on Strava, export them as TCX files and place them into the "New Files" on my Garmin. I've done this in the UK and abroad, and have never had any issues except over the last two weeks.
Whilst following the same route, firstly on 03/05/2020, and then again today (14/05/2020), my Garmin completely shut down mid ride, and then restarted itself, without me pressing a button.
It still had all my ride information pre shut down, and it was as simple as pressing "resume" and continuing with my ride. However, the segments I completed during that time are not showing on Strava, due to being incomplete with the Garmin shut off. Also, what's VERY strange to me at least, is that the Garmin has never done this, but has only ever done it twice during following this course and in exactly the same location on the course?! All a bit spooky haha! I am not sure if it's worth noting - I was mid climb with ClimbPro "on" the screen, on both occasions.
Reading around I can see people have asked for error logs, so please see below firstly the error log from 03/05/2020, and then secondly from 14/05/2020.

Any help as to why my Garmin is doing this and how I can fix it would be MOST appreciated.
