Cycling dynamics edge 530 vector 3

I am having trouble seeing all of the cycling dynamics. Using my vector 3 pedals. I only see some of the data. Where the pedal icons should be for pedal offset I see a graph as I am pedaling showing avg and max. I also don’t see left or right PP in the bottom just dashes. Please help, new customer to the pedals and 530.

    I have the same combo and similar problems. I just wrote an email to Finnish customer service about it.

    Well that sucks, I thought I was just messing with my fields and screwed it up. I just got these a few weeks ago and bought specifically to see how my prosthetic was aligned with the pedal.  Anyways thanks for the reply and sorry you are having issues too. Hopefully we hear something soon.

    Make sure that Cycling Dynamics is enabled.

    Firstly Cycling Dynamics is only available over ANT+ and not BLE. So make sure you are paired over ANT.

    Secondly it is only available on dual sided systems, not on single sided systems.

    While in communication with the pedals go to the sensor details, Cycling Dynamics and make sure it is enabled.
