Software all quit working in the past week

Everything on my 530 was working great. Trailforks, Strava, Software, everything. I was really enjoying it and put my Bolt up for sale. 

Noticed the first problem this week with the map updates and Strava segments showing changes ready but not updating every time I synched with GC. Then my last 3 rides not uploading to Garmin Connect. They are on the History screen but no where to be found when browsing to "activities" via the PC / USB (extra weird). Now also noticing even the unit's time is off. 

Not sure what went wrong or where but I did a full reset and set up. Now I notice they are having issues with Strava, Kamoot, Trailforks log ins via the integrated apps. Awesome. 

(updated to clarify on SW 5.10. A device reset seems to work with getting the rides to show up on GC again.)

  • There's a problem with all apps that require login via GC on your phone (Strava, Kamoot, Trailforks etc.) Really frustrating....just bought a 530 because of live strava segments and now can't use that feature....

  • got it thanks. I kept getting 'download complete' messages for Strava segment updates that weren't actually taking. That seemed to start the cycle and then the whole unit just started glitching with rides not uploading, time not updating, etc.  - Reset seemed to fix the basic software functions but still no 3rd party log ins. 

  • It's working now, Garmin seems to finally fix it!
