Software / Firmware / Map updates - when, where, how?

On my quite recent 530 (August 2019) Settings > System > About (and Copyright) shows

"Software" 4.10 "GPS" 2.50 "WLAN" 2.10 ; and No Mention of "Maps" .. and the message "No updates available".

And yet - this forum talks about Software 5.20, and Map update 2020.

Please can you advise me how to obtain current updates to any / all of these, or even to view Notifications?

I only have the Garmin - no phone. If I connect via USB cable to a PC I see the Garmin file structure, which I guess I could overwrite if I new where to get and download appropriate newer files.

Install Garmin Express on the computer, and it will handle any software updates.

Thank you. Perfect.

(Almost - I got the "Cannot unlock Maps" error message and could not resolve it any which way. In the end I wiped the entire Garmin file system viewed as a Windows drive and then re-installed from scratch using Express. Lost all my individual ride profile settings, but regaining them was a useful educational exercise.) Thank you.
