I purchased an E530 recently. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, I am unable to get it to connect to my SRAM Force etap derailleur. When I go to “Add sensor” it detects the shifting sensor with the ANT code but it will not connect to the sensor. I have successfully connected to my cadence sensor. I have followed various tips on how to get the devices to connect including resetting the dérailleurs by removing and reinserting their batteries and resetting the E530 before attempting to connect. I have made sure that the dérailleurs are awake, being aware of their 30 second time out. I have updated to the latest firmware.
I am beginning to despair of ever getting my shifting info on the E530 and would be most grateful for any advice!
