Wont sync despite latest software upgrade

My 530 is connected to my iPhone 10 but won't sync. I have the dreaded red exclamation mark and 'Sync Failed - Device connection error'. I've tried reconnecting, I've upgraded to software 5.0 but no change. I also have a Fenix 5 connected to the phone which syncs fine, I've tried disconnecting and just leaving the 530 connected and it still wont sync. I have to connect the 530 via the computer to transfer data.

Grateful for any suggestions
