Keep rebooting when loading some of my routes

After the latest update, some of my routes in 530(some of them sync from gcm, some of them come from USB)

It just reboot again and again when calculating the path.

Not all of the routes have this problem. Anything I can do to resolve the problem? 

Or I can just return the unit to garmin to fix it Disappointed
