Switch back and forth between the map screen and my data screen?

When following a course with map and turn by turn nav, how do I switch back and forth between the map screen and my data com page so I can check on things like speed, power an cadence?

On the 530 you use the up and down buttons on the left hand side of the unit to scroll through the pages.
