Segments - without Strava premium.

Is it possible to have segments in my 530 without Strava Premium. I think one cannot access segments without paying for a strava subscriptions (happy to be proven wrong). So is there another way to download or create my own segments and have it on my 530 ?

You can use Garmin Segments for free on Garmin Connect.

I can't find segments in Garmin Connect. Help says

Add a Courses widget from menu icon ( three lines in upper left corner)

Where is the courses widget ??????? is it in invisible…

You can mark segments in Strava as Favorite and they will be synched to your Garmin device. I think this works without Premium.
