Can’t load Strava Routes (Bluetooth code error -2)

After some days I’m unable to load Strava Routes, it takes a lot of time and then it display an error “Bluetooth code: error -2”. I’ve already updated the Strava Routes app and the 530 firmware. It’s frustrating! Any help is appreciated. Thanks
