I got my unit all set up, connected to power meter pedals and HR strap. I bought mine in early July. On one ride, it wouldn't power on. I tried and tried and nothing. I checked to make sure it was charged and left it overnight. The next day held onto the power button for about 45 seconds. It made a slight beep then after hitting the button again, it powered up. I then did a race and had it all ready to go. I hit the "start record" button and it made the familiar beep but wasn't showing power or speed. I then tired for the next 2 miles to reset but the unit was freezing and not letting me power it down. Finally did and turned it back on and it worked the rest of the race. I just sent it back to the place I got it. 2 failures in a short amount of time is too many for a brand new device for $300. I started with a Edge 500, then a 510 but not sure I will stick with Garmin anymore. That was my experience.
