Caller ID (name) on incoming phone calls does not appear to work.
I’ve not tried this feature before but just gave it a test on my Edge 530 (v4.10) paired to my Galaxy S9 (Android 9.0)
When the phone rings, I get the popup display showing an incoming call, however the Caller ID Name field is blank. The Caller Name shows correctly on my phone and Galaxy Smart Watch. If I don’t answer the call, it shows correctly as “Missed Call from xxxxx”.
If I receive a text message from the same person, the person’s name shows ok. If I receive a Facebook Messenger message, I see the name ok, it’s just on phone calls where the name field is blank.
is there a setting somewhere, or is this a bug?
