I'm currently on 3.57 beta and saw that 4.10 was released last night. However, neither Garmin Mobile nor Garmin Express allows me to update. How van I get the new version on my Edge 530?

It’s a Phased Rollout (20% 8/05/2019 4:30 pm CST) . So you will get it, when it’s ready for your device . The % of the phased rollout you find in the announcement message.
What does this mean? Why would it be done in phases and how is it determined when your device is "ready"?
My device is definitely ready for some software that isn't buggy as all hell :)
