I'm having issues using the "MTB Trail Navigation" feature on the Edge 530, it's not working. (same as on the Edge 830).
Whenever I select "MTB Trail Navigation" I need to select a start location on the map, I select a location next to a trail (Trailforks map is on). Difficulty is set to cover all options. Distance is set to ~10km (also tried other values with no luck). I keep on getting the same error message, "No routes found. Adjust the start point of your search to be in a trail network, and try again."
I think the firmware has a bug, the system can't find the trails that are visible on the map. And what is the Garmin definition of a "trail network"??
The Trailforks app has been activated under Connect IQ. I am able to download and load trails using the Trailforks IQ app, but not's how I want to use the device. The device has a dedicated TF map that should be useable.
All maps are activated. I've tried switching the cycling ones off, but nothing changed.
The system is running firmware 3.50, maps are updated (cycling and trailforks maps updated with Garmin Express to 2019 versions, updated on 07-July-2019).
