battery notcharging

good day

i received my new 530, i updated it and when i tried to charge it, % battery stays at 61%.

i tries several cable, several power plug even on my MAC, stays at 61%.

Try a forced power off. With the unit powered on and not connected to any cable. Hold the power button down for around 15 seconds until it shuts down.

Then try charging it again.

i did followed your instructions, i plugged the 530 on my MAC and it stays noww at 41 % (i went for a ride this morning this is why 61 to 41)

I did it a second time and now it seems to change!!! thanks a lot
