Should a TMP file be in the NewFiles folder?

While copying a route into my NewFiles folder on my 530, I accidentally moved some files into the NewFiles folder.

I figured out what had to be moved back, and did that.

I did just notice that a file, "969E3900.TMP" is in the NewFiles folder, and is staying there.

Should I remove it ?

Should I do a factory reset?

Should I leave it alone?

    The file is there as part of an incomplete transfer from your phone syncing. You can either delete and the file will be re-transferred the next time you sync or you can leave it and the transfer will pick up where it left off. Once the transfer is complete the file is renamed from TMP to the correct file extension.
