I just started using my Egde 530, I've done one long (150 mile) & several 20-60 mile rides.
On my last ride, I had a notice of "lost satellites", and a few minutes later, had problems with Live Segments.
When approaching segments, the "distance to" field would freeze, then I'd get the "Off Segment" notice, this happened on three consecutive segments, all within a couple of miles of each other. I didn't have this problem on any other rides, nor before the "lost satellites" notice. I also use a FR935, which did not show "Off Segment". I haven't been on a ride since, but will probably ride & over the weekend. The map of the ride didn't look like there was any significant drop in recording by GPS (no straight lines).
I had been over all three segments on previous rides and not has any problems.
Interestingly, my former Edge (820) would always drop one Live Segment (but not these), every time that I rode it. My FR935 has never done this, but it's difficult to track progress on a watch.
I was using GPS + Galiello, & one-second recording.
It's very frustrating, this is a feature that I like and use frequently.
Is this a common problem, is there a fix for it?
