My VO2 max no longer updates on Garmin connect since I started using the 530. Anyone else with this issue?
I have a heart rate sensor, a cadence and speed sensor, unfortunately I do not have a power meter, is there any way to calculate and display the VO2 max for cycling? I would like to add that I also have a Vivoactive3 watch and there is no problem there, just a heart rate sensor and the VO2 max.
Garmin have improved their Vo2max, I saw or read where garmin calculate your vo2max over a number of days(weekly), I think FTP is doing the same as I noticed that I got a new FTP / Vo2max when I really hadnt gone into those zones.
also check the connectIQ 3rd party apps like apps.garmin.com/.../search
I have the vo2max complex and it also records into the fit file, and I can see it plotted as a graph
make sure this option is on the 530 Select Menu > My Stats > Performance Notifications
I am using this manual www8.garmin.com/.../

Thanks for the help. I am using the Power Edge Pro CL application
apps.garmin.com/.../64a7a292-1d19-421f-8130-ec50dfeef318 After training, all data such as Avg Power, FTP Power, Max Power, NP Power and VO2 Max are in the summary of each driving, but unfortunately they are not in the performance statistics
I have notifications in the statistics turned on
