Still no updates to trailforks. I'm getting mad with this. Map activated, garmin mobile connected to trailforks account and still no updates. FW 3.5 updated and still no updates. There must be some bug on garmin backend system I assume. My garmin device xml is a bit upper on this topic
I spoke with Garmin today on this topic and they have identified the issue. I will let you know when I hear about a fix.

Garmin said they were going to push a fix to a server last night.
Is the trailforks map enabled on your unit as Garmin Express only offers updates to this map if it is unlocked?
Please explain what unlocked means and how to check.
Map active?
Trailforks logon done and testet?
Anything else?

If you have logon in to Trailforks then it should be unlock. You can also look under Navigation, Map, Map information and it should show the trailforks map as enabled for an activity profile of ride type "Mountain".
