USA/Canada Trailforks maps on European Garmin Edge 530?

I have received my (European) device with USA/Canada Trailforks maps, all the other OSM Garmin maps are European. How is this possible and what can I do?
My Garmin Express is not offering this Trailforks 2019.10 update. I have 2018.20. I have firmware 3.20 on edge and my location is Finland (if it affects anything on this).
Have you unlocked the Trailforks map? I think it might only offer the update if you have unlocked the map. If you have not unlocked it then it assumes you are not using it so you don't need the update.
Now I feel bit stupi.. but I did not found any unlock / activate settings on trailforks. I did see the trailforks map on device and it is saying that in use. I'm I missing something there?
The only units that have the map unlocked when shipped are the MTB bundles. The map gets unlocked on the other units when you login to the traileforks app on the Edge.
I have chatted a bit with Garmin support related this map update problem. My device is "device only" model and the trailforks maps was activated by default (at least with fw 3.20).
Support asked me to verify that I'm using newest garmin express (I have the newest in use, installed it couple of days ago) and removing all the maps except base. Which I did and the result was that express did install trailforks map again, version 2018.20 again. And no update. On last week the device got European cycling maps update (2019.10). This is bit strange now :)
I'm having the same issue. Stuck on 2018.20. The road map has updated but not trail forks. I have opened the trail forks app and updated Garmin Express.
