I have an Edge 800 that I've been using for a few years. It mostly works but there are a couple of annoyances and I'm wondering if they're fixed either with the 530 or previously.
In my club, we do a lot of out and back rides. When following a route, if I start the nav at the beginning, it usually tries to route me back. Distance to next will contain the length of the route. Mostly we all wait 500 meters or so and fumble around trying to start the ride. 1 person in our group with an Edge 1000 doesn't seem to have this problem so I'm hoping it's been addressed.
When importing tcx files, each time you have to set the turn by turn to on. There's no way to make it default to on.
Saved rides sometimes get corrupted when syncing. Deleting saved activities seems to help but not totally. Again, this doesn't seem to happen with the Edge 1000.
