Is it possible to convert bak file to fit file and upload it to Strava?

The battery of my Edge 520 died during the ride so I tried to retrieve a fit file but could not find it.
Instead I found this file made at the time I lost the battery; TPT_BACKUP_FILE_182.bak
I changed the file name to TPT_BACKUP_FILE_182.fit manually and used Garmin Online Fit Repair Tool to
convert it to TPT_BACKUP_FILE_182_FIXED.fit
But I cannot upload it to either Strava or Garmin Connect.
Does a bak file have all the necessary data to be uploaded to Strava?
Is it possible to convert a bak file to a valid fit file?
Any suggestions please.

Those bak files are not the data from your ride, but rather backups of the turn instructions that were generated when loading a course

do you still have those two files ?

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit files and upload here in the forum, or provide a link to them on a cloud storage

mistery solved and learned something new

so, this data from another user, is from the course he rode (he did use a course !)

that is why I could not figure out where his HR data was at the end of the data records

attached zip file contains sample of the BAK data
